Dear brothers and sisters in Jesus Christ,
I sincerely ask you to pray for my wife and me as we are facing a huge financial problem in our business.
Since 1989 ( the year we got married we have been in the garment business. Throughout for want of Finance we have had to depend on several financial partners to support us, but unfortunately they have all let us down and led us into a lot of Financial and legal wrangles.
Through Prayer we have been able to overcome all the problems in the past and have even managed to get out of several court cases for bounced cheques amounting to crores of Rupees, brought on by our Partners.
For the last 6 months a friend of almost 22 years agreed to be our Financier , and take care of all the financial requirements of the business. The initial money that we thought was his, has now turned out to have been borrowed at interest from other sources. Now that the Business has been slack as the overseas buyer is overstocked with merchandise and will not be in a position to place orders for another 2 months, this man is refusing to take any responsibility to help out.
We owe suppliers, Government agencies, Staff, and Financiers a lot of money, amounting to almost Rs 40 Lakhs. They are all harassing us to pay up quickly. With no source of Income at the moment, we are finding it very difficult, to even give these people a tentative date for their payments.
He is even refusing to bring in the further part of the total money that he agreed to bring in. ( Initially he brought in just 50% of the required amount.)
Please pray that GOD, takes over and gets us out of this situation. If the buyer starts placing Orders again quickly, and gives us the advances that we need, we could gradually get out of this financial crisis.
Our Family consists of Our Mother, A brother and 2 sisters. Dad died in 1981 just a week after my Sisters Wedding. He was a very successful person in his career, but ultimately ended up in an acute state of depression which eventually led him to loose the will to live.
The eldest sister who lives in Canada, almost lost her husband to Cancer in 1991. His was a miraculous cure, where the Cancer vanished and never re occurred since.
The younger of the two sisters lost her husband tragically in a marine accident at sea, leaving her with 2 girls aged 2 months and 8 years. At the age of 18 her elder daughter was diagnosed with cancer, but a year later was miraculously cured completely.
All through these years both me and my brother have faced tremendous financial problems, and difficulties in our business or work. Things go very well for about 3-4 years with a new venture, and then suddenly everything just crumbles overnight in a big mess.
I must mention that our family had a lot of ancestral properties.
Could this be some curse that is at work on the family. If so please pray for this to be broken permenantly.
