My cousin aged 22yrs is jobless. Her mother is single and has 6chidren. She is the firstborn. My uncle educated her from form1 to form 4(A levels). He also paid for her some computer classes. On completion, my uncle took her and brouhgt her to yet another cousin to live with till he secured a job for her. She lived there for 30months without any success. She was being mistreated by my cousin and being the quiet and lone girl, she didnt talk until i pestered her to tell me.I advised her to pack her clothes and go and live with at my uncles home. All along, my uncle would secure other people with the same qualifications as her into the company and leave her.She stayed there for four months where no help came about. I work in the same same company with my uncle who is senior manager and a born again christian.In January this year, his wife told my cousin to return home to her mom and help her with the farm work until they called her back. It is now three months since she went and no one is calling her. I feel that i should help her out. I want her to come and live with me as i hunt around for something that she will start off her life with and help her mom. I will be travelling to her rural home this Good Friday to talk to her and her mom. I know i have no money to sustain my family let alone her but am trusting God to provide for me. Please lift my cousin and her family to God to make a way for her since it seems to her that there is no way. Pray for me also to be blessed as i try to help her from poverty. I know this will cause all my relatives to talk ill about me but i feel that God wants me to do it. Pray for my relatives to keep off so that we can succeed and also for my journey to Nyahururu many miles from Nairobi where i am now.
Thanx everyone for praying for my cousin. I made it to Nyahururu and back safely. We talked with the mum and her and planned that she would be coming to my place next weekend. Am now strugling to secure her a job somewhere and kindly pray for this issue. The situation in her home is not commendable at all, infact poverty is eating up the home. I wouldnt want to see such a situation anymore but i believe that God is on our side and the situation will go for the better. Pray for us. Thanx
