"Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do."

24 So Pilate sentenced Jesus to die as they demanded.

2. "Truly, I say to you, today you will be with me in Paradise."

43 And Jesus replied, “I assure you, today you will be with me in paradise.”

3."Jesus said to his mother: "Woman, this is your son".
Then he said to the disciple: "This is your mother."
Gospel of John 19:26-27
26 When Jesus saw his mother standing there beside the disciple he loved, he said to her, “Dear woman, here is your son.” 27 And he said to this disciple, “Here is your mother.” And from then on this disciple took her into his home.

4. "My God, my God, why have you forsaken me?"
Matthew 27:46 & Mark 15:34
46 At about three o’clock, Jesus called out with a loud voice, “Eli, Eli,[a] lema sabachthani?” which means “My God, my God, why have you abandoned me?”[

5. "I thirst"
Gospel of John 19:28
28 Jesus knew that his mission was now finished, and to fulfill Scripture he said, “I am thirsty.”[a]

6. When Jesus had received the wine, he said, "It is finished";
and he bowed his head and handed over the spirit.
Gospel of John 19:30
13 When they said this, Pilate brought Jesus out to them again. Then Pilate sat down on the judgment seat on the platform that is called the Stone Pavement (in Hebrew, Gabbatha).
7. Jesus cried out in a loud voice,
"Father, into your hands I commend my spirit":
Gospel of Luke 23:46
46 Then Jesus shouted, “Father, I entrust my spirit into your hands!”[a] And with those words he breathed his last.

Brothers & Sisters:
These are the last seven words that Jesus spoke out before being crucified. He endured
So much pain and he sacrificed his life for us. What an awesome Jesus we serve.
As I have stated before, when we are hurt, abused, judged, treated unfairly, made fun
Of, mocked, faced with so many adversities, our strength should always be Jesus on
The Cross, the sacrifice that he endured for all of us so that our sins may be forgiven.
Praise the Lord!!! & his sacrifice. AMEN!!!!!!!!!
Precious Heavenly Father God:
I continue to lift up each brother and sister here on pray about and pray that you will
Bless each and everyone of them. I pray that as each day goes by, we will continue
To love one another, encourage one another and always put you first in our life.
