Cancer Struggle

One of my Mother's co-workers (Jessica Kaylor) has been battling breast cancer for about two years or so. She has gone through all the treatments available and nothing seems to help.The cancer has metastacized to her bones and yesterday she fell and broke her hip. (signs show that it is present on the spine) I ask for your prayers of comfort/peace/health for Jessica and her family.

Loving God, your Son accepted our sufferings to teach us the virtue of patience in human illness. Hear our prayers for our sick brothers and sisters. May all who suffer pain, illness, disease, and the frailty of old age realize that they have been chosen to be saints and know that they are joined to Christ in his suffering for the salvation of the world.
