Anger sometimes is an emotion that comes out from one hurting inside.So very often we are crying out a Bitterness,pain of injustice we feel.It could be bitterness,rejection,unforginess,guilt,lack of confidence,and fear of not being able to control a siuation.Our trust is put in our own abilities and not that of God.God is your creator,and He did not create you any less than beautiful.He sees you in every situation you experience and waits for you to release all into His hands.Finding God is as easy as closing your eyes and sitting still to allow His spirit to take control of your mind and thoughts.You don't have to pray,you don't have to say a word other than Jesus,Jesus,Jesus.He is the keeper of your soul.Let His strenght work through you to accomplish that which you cannot.Father I speak peace over my sister in Christ,and lift you up to be her all in all.Bless her with the fruits of your spirit and Love to overflow.Thank you Father God in Jesus name I pray.
