I am a divorced woman after 24 years of marriage
struggling to raise my boys basically alone with
no family support or significant other. I am struggling
to make a better life for my children. After the
divorce our lives drastically changed financially
and emotionally. I worked and co-owned a business
with the ex-husband and he received the business and
I received the children and a family home. He
has since moved on and remarried and has little to
do with his sons. I live in a rural community where
there are few jobs and as I mentioned no family roots.
Please pray that I will find a good job to create
a financial foundation for my family and that my
boys will be surrounded by good male influences
while they question why their father no longer chooses
to be a major part of their life.
