The Archdiocese of Pondicherry is one of the ancient dioceses in india.It works for the total development of the christian faithful.The archbishop anandarayar is fully concentrating on the uplift of the poor and the downtrodon. He has spent a lot of money for the education and the development of the poor.He has given due importance to all his priests.A few months ago ,some of the individuals turned against him with notorious motive.To collcet money from abroad they have created caste problem among the faithful.Due to that caste calamities,200 houses of the poor people were looted and they have nothing to eat.The other side two persons were shot dead.The government and the church authorities have tried their best to bring peace and hormony among the people.But unfortunately a group of priests and people with selfish motive,don't want to settle the issue.The innocent people are struggling to have means for their life.Kindly keep our Archdiocese in your precious prayers that the Risen Christ may grant His Peace and Joy to us.Thank you.
