Michele, we lose our temper because we love that person, she knows your spots and she pushes them. She knows you love her, she is instigating trouble to find excuses to keep away from what she knows is right. You can control your emotions its hard, but remember your desire to see her change, and don't place expectations on her to change. reward her positive interactions and ignore her negative ones.

Lord I pray for Michele and Kimmy bless their interactions and guard Michele's heart and help her to be calm during these angry outburst from Kimmy. Ipray Lord that Michele not get to hard on herself if she does react and help her to recover and continue to be the loving sister that she is.
