I'm sorry about your sister. I lost my brother almost 4 years ago. God has ways of making something good from something bad. I pray God gives you comfort and peace and hope you know that one day you will be united with her again.

My sister in the Lord...Lucy....what a precious woman you are...a precious Child of the Most High God...I stand in agreement with you as you pray...I too hope the person who took your sister's life is caught...don't give him any more of your energy..your peace...your life...leave him in God's capable hands....most of all I pray for peace, strength, & comfort for you, your sister's friends and, your family...I pray for all of you often...I can feel the pain and frustration coming though your prayer requests...Dear...precious Lucy as you already know...it takes time to grieve for someone so loved...Go to your Father God...crawl up into His lap and let Him comfort you with His Presence...draw from that Presence so that the healing process can talk hold...Of course I didn't know your sister Aurora but I believe in my heart that she would not want you and the rest of her love ones to be in such pain...you have to sleep...eat...regain your strength...the strength that comes from being in the Presence of our Father God...The above pictures are beautiful...and they honor your sister...I believe in my heart that she is with you and wants you to have that peace that passes ALL understanding...you dear one are in my heart and fervent prayers...your sister in Christ... jai ...

Dear Lucysister: I left the site about a month ago,but I come on at least 2 x a week to see what is going on,and I saw your family's picture you look like a wonderful loving family,your mom looks very sad,and she will always be,there is no pain as losing a child,a part of you heart will be broken forever,but it is wonderful that you were able to finally celebrate her life with some memories and laughter,and I'm sure you made her smile,she is at peace with the Lord and dosen't want you to always be sad, I know she wants you to go on living until you meat again,and in my heart of hearts you will,I am losing my Brother to cancer and I am devestated, so I do know your pain,you have prayed for my brother Joe Joe,if you recall in all your grief you still said such beautiful prayers, as I have prayed for Lucy, and I will always keep her in my prayers,and I told you he didn't get away with anything God knows who he is,and he will deal with him in his time,Lucy would want you to take care of your mom and each other, God Bless You

As difficult as it may be to understand, some tragedies reflect the long-range plan of God. We know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love Him and are according to His purpose (Rom. 8:28). We must remember that He has a redemptive purpose for our pain and suffering.

It is not possible for the finite mind of a man to know the infinite mind of God. The Bible says, "For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts" (Isa. 55:9). The Crucifixion looked like a great tragedy. The blood-soaked body of Jesus, the promised Messiah, hung on a Roman cross- a portrait of shame and defeat. The disciples had scattered in terror. Those who remained near the cross could only look on in abject horror. It was not possible for Mary, thwe mother of Jesus, to understand the full meaning of the cross. God's long-range plan that had begun in the Book of Genesis was completed when Jesus said, "It is finished!"

Many things happen in our lives for which we have no answer. No words of explanation can comfort our hearts. Sometimes god does not make sense to us. In those times, we must trust the will of a sovereign God and know that He is too loving to be unkind and too wise to make a mistake. Someday we may understand.
