I AM LOST AND CONFUSED RIGHT NOW..THANK YOU..GODS BLESSINGS TO ALL..
DEAR GOD,
NOTHING IS UNKNOWN TO YOU, NOBODY CAN HIDE THEIR MOST PRIVATE AND DEEP THOUGHTS AND FEELINGS FROM YOU. PLEASE LOOK INTO THE HEART OF HER HUSBAND AND RECONNECT THEM. SAVE THIS MARRIAGE GOD AND RESCUE THIS MAN FROM HIS ALCOLIC ADDICTIONS. RID THIS FAMILY OF MISERY GOD, JUST BECAUSE YOU'RE GOOD AND FULL OF MERCY AND BECAUSE YOU LOVE US, IN JESUS NAME, AMEN AND THANK YOU GOD.
My heart goes out to you. I know how you feel. I wish I could give you a big hug.
Dear Lord, reveal yourself to Beth's husband and fill him with your holy presence. Give him the strength and ability to stop drinking. Teach him that it is ok to ask for help. Help him to be the man you intended him to be. Keep Beth and her granddaughter safe and remove all fear. I ask this through Jesus Christ amen.
We bind Satan with cord that cannot break in the name of Jesus Christ. We ask that this drinking problem be lifted from this relationship. We ask for respect and responsibility to replace the violence and confusion. Speak blessings into this husband until this behavior stops completely. We see this situation changing around for the good of all involved. Thank you for answered prayers. Amen
Dear God, Please reach down and wrap your arms around this woman and her family. Please give her comfort and support to begin to do something to help herself, her grandchildren, and children. Please provide people who can assist her and provide resources. Please guide her in the direction of your will. Please bless her and console her in her time of need. In your name, I pray. Amen. Dear Beth, I was married to an alcoholic who exhibited the same behavior as your husband. I am praying for you and will continue to do so. You can get counseling for yourself even if he does not choose to go. You are not alone. There are resources for families that are going through what you are. Alcoholics are great manipulators and their biggest tool, your guilt. You did the right thing by calling the cops to protect your family. God will lead you where you are to go. Don't lose hope. Melissa
John 20:29 “Blessed are they that have not seen and yet have believed.”
Faith is kind of like navigating a row boat. In a row boat the rower faces the opposite way he is heading. He rows with his back toward the destination. So it is with our faith in spiritual matters. We do not see or touch forgiveness as we might see or touch an object. Rather, we trust that forgiveness is real and that the God who has shown himself to be loving toward us, is in fact a God of love.
The real test of faith, believing without seeing, is in our actions. It is easy to say that we believe this or that, but it is harder to live like we do. It is sort of like getting on a plane. Saying we believe the plane will get us from point “A” to point “B” is a lot less convincing than actually getting on the plane and taking the trip.
This plane illustration works in another way also. The plane, while sitting on the ground may look flight worthy. But the real test of whether it is flight worth takes place when it is the air. So it is with faith. We all have faith in something. We all put our trust somewhere. The question is if the object we are putting our trust in is worthy of our trust.
There is one object that I am sure is worthy of our trust. It takes believing without seeing, but Christ shows Himself true to those who follow Him. A lot of people fall into the trap of placing their trust in lesser things. To trust in our possessions is easy, because we can see them. They are right there before our eyes. But to trust Christ takes faith and faith in Christ requires believing without seeing.
If you struggle with believing without seeing there are some tangible helps that God has graciously given to us to aid us in our faith. The Bible is a great help to us. Prayer, hearing God’s Word preached, enjoying the fellowship of other believers are all great advantages to us. These make believing without seeing easier. They have been given to us by God for our benefit and He is wise in all He does.
“Faith rises or falls according to the measure in which we remember the things which are unseen“We learn to trust by trusting.”

Have you been to a support group for people with alcoholic spouses. This is what alcoholics do the pick fights with the people closest to them so they have a reason to drink. They are usually very depressed and you have to remember he has a desease and he is not the desease. What you did was the right thing. You have to take care of you.

Your husband needs some deliverance from his past generational curses that have been handed down see if you can find some deliverance prayers pray them with him and most of all have him to repent . Beth,
God does not want us to feel unsafe he wants us to live in a house filled with joy and peace and love. I know it hard to see someone we love treat us that way. The hardest thing you will do is stand and be strong. I belive for your kids sake you did the right thing. To many times we hear about woman being killed in a drunken rage. Your husband may have to hit rock bottom before he changes. All you can do at this point is leave him in God's hand. God knows your heart and why you called the police he knows that you were left with no choice. Don't waver or allow the devil to make you feel guilt. You did the right thing for the right reasons. I am praying that god will protect you and your kids as well as your husband until he comes to knees asking for god to help him. Trust god in all this he will turn it to good for his glory. Stay strong and know you have belivers here to pray for you. In God's Love kristen:)
