My brother is living a nightmare right now. He lives in a condo in a nice residential neighborhood. The owner of the condo above him rented the second floor to college kids who are so disrespectul, rude, obnoxious individuals. They are dealing drugs out of the condo. There is traffic 24/7. They slam their doors on purpose. They have a pitbull puppy who they abuse. They are trying to make it an attack dog. They let it loose to terrorize people. My brother asked them nicely to use the doorbell. They pound on the door and stomp up the stairs on purpose. They are a bunch of spoiled rich kids who drive fancy cars.We ended up calling our cousin who is a sargent in the police dept. They are aware of the problems they are causing. Not to mention they leave feces, cigarette butts, Mcdonalds bags and beer cans everywhere. Its like living a nightmare. Anyway, he cant sleep for obvious reasons. He cant eat. He has chest pains, back pains. This dog should be taken away. Told him to call 911. This is unacceptable behavior and a dumb decision on the owners part to let them live there and move in the middle of the second semester. Obviously, they were kicked out of the last place they lived in which we found out was 2 blocks up. Please pray for an end to this nightmare. I want them all in jail. They have broken so many laws. Its deplorable. Please pray for my brother's health. He is only 37 yrs old. Thank you all for your prayers
