PRAYERS PAIN RELIEF NOW
TOO MANY MONTH OF KNEE AND SINE PROBLEMS AND TODAY I SLIPPED A TWISTED MY ANKLE ON THE SAME SIDE AS THE BAD KNEE.PLEASE PRAY THAT THERE WILL BE AN ANSER SINCE SURGERY ISN'T AN OPTION. THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS.

just wondering how your knee and sinus problems are doing. i pray that the lord is blessing you and that things are going very well with you.

i have been praying even though i'm not always able to post.
god bless you and may the lord heal your knee, and any other problems that you are facing.
take care and don't over do it. keep your ankle wrapped w/ compression bandage for support. wrapping the knee could help to if it continues to hurt. try some MSM for inflammation and pain as well.
