Dear Lord our Saviour, our protector, and our hope. I pray for the people in China that their days bring brighter tomorrows, that the people who have been hurt or lost loved ones be healed through Your loving heart. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen.

Just to let you know, one of the counselors at the school I work at (I too am a school counselor!) is from China. She has recently earned her doctoral degree and LPC license. She went the end of May to work with the people there who may possibly be experiencing short-term or long-term PTSD over this devastation. I pray, too, for God to use her skills to bring healing to many of His people in China. God bless you for all your caring for others!

Heavenly Father, it is so easy to get caught up in our daily lives. God, China is special to you. You love the people there no less than you love others. I know that your heart is with them. Father, help us to not only see and hear what is happening in far away places, but to remember to pray for people with heartfelt compassion in these places. God, please let there be people who go to China to minister to the people in a loving way. Let everything done demonstrate your love for the people there. In Jesus name. Amen.

I wonder how similar Islam & Christianity is. We also believe that current activities are the Major sign of Christ’s (Peace be upon him) imminent return. In Islam we have some authenticate Hadith ( Hadith= Last Prophet Mohammad’s word Peace be upon him) about Christ’s (Peace be upon him) imminent return.
In Islam we know & respect Christ (Peace be upon him) as a Prophet. In Quran ; the holy book has many words about Christ (Peace be upon him) even a whole chapter is named as Mary (Peace be upon her).
Please don’t misunderstand me I just want to share my views. Actually I was searching for some article in the web about “Major Sign of hours” after the 2 most devastating natural calamity that’s occurred very recently. And I found this forum. That attract me as I thought we Muslims are the only who should be aware of the Signs. But I was wrong. Christians are also aware of the Signs. So brother pray. Dear Lord, Please guide and protect the people effected by the natual disasters around the world including the Patagonian communities of Chaiten in Chile (volcano) as they face the loss of loved ones, homlessness, disease and hunger.
