my dream job might not be in my reach- PLEASE HELP!!!
I have had the dream and life goal of becoming a nurse anesthetist for the last 8 years- after a nurse anesthetist made a big difference in my life and to how I felt going into a risky surgery. Since then, I have worked as hard as I can to be able to bring this peace to people, and acheived a lot in my career field for my age- always striving to get to this goal.
I ask that all of you who read this please pray for me and ask people you know to do the same. I am at a point with my job that I'm ready to take the next step because I'm not happy with it or challenged anymore, which means it is time to apply for anesthesia. I have to take the GRE this summer and turn in applications in the fall. I need for my own sanity and happiness and future plans to get into the program this time around.
I ask that you please pray for me often and starting now so that my prayers can be heard. I have one particular program that I want to be in more than any of the rest, and I am so passionate about it I can feel it inside. I am meeting the director for that program in 2 days to discuss my application and the program- and I desperately need to make a wonderful and memorable impression. The problem is that one of the recommendations has to be from a doctor at the highest level at my institution- they do not work night shifts and I usually do. Therefore, I feel that I will have a hard time getting the recommendation that I truly need to get into the highly competitive school I dream of going to (which is in the town where I own a house and through the hospital I currently work for). It is the best program based on what I want out of the training, the location, and the price. My other problem is that from my understanding, the people who tend to get into the program often do because of their connections (which I do not have) to people in charge of accepting applicants.
Please pray with your all and light many candles so this request can be seen by many because I have never wanted anything so badly in my life or felt a calling so deep down in my heart.
I need all of the help I can get for this miracle!
