As I read your requests, I could see a woman full of strength, compassion and light being worn down by situations that are outside of her control. However, please remember that God is in control...regardless of what the immigration officials, doctors, insurance companies or others try to force upon you. He knows every desire of your heart and has "plans to prosper you and not harm you, plans to give you hope and a future" (Jeremiah 29:11) I know you are weary but please remember that "No weapon that is formed against you will prosper." (Isaiah 54:11). Please stand on God's promises and know that "Therefore the LORD longs to be gracious to you, And therefore He waits on high to have compassion on you." (Isaiah 30:18) He hears you calling out to Him and because you have put your trust and faith in Him, He will be the source of your strength and joy. Please continue to wait on Him and He will renew your strength (Isaiah 40:31). These troubles may seem overwhelming, but they will not overtake you, and they are temporary (2 Cor. 4:8-17). Let's pray together and ask God for your renewed hope, strength and joy. Let's ask Him to intercede on your behalf and bring your husband home and soothe the frustrations of your son. Let's ask Him to provide, defend and heal. Let us also ask Him to bless you and allow you to continue to be a blessing in the lives of others, as you have been to mine. God loves you and will take care of you.
