Please pray for my sister....she was just diagnosed with cancer.
Dear Friends I come to you today with a heavy heart. My sister, Jo Ellen, was diagnosed yesterday (9-12-08) with throat cancer. She has been having problems for months now. She couldn't swallow. The doctor told her weeks ago to eat baby food and drink alot. He took it lightly and didn't send her for test. Wednesday she went to another doctor that her daughter found for her and he scheduled an Endoscopy for the next morning. They told her daughter, Jessica, that they took some tissue and was going to biopsy it. They stretched her esophugus. It was 2cm and they stretched it to 10cm. They told her that the test would be back around Monday. Friday around 11:00 they called her and told her to come to the office that the test results were back. They went and that's when the found out it was cancer. I went to her and we held each other and cried. I love her so much. She is divorced and has only one child and two grandchildren. She has to go Monday to the cancer doctor and he will schedule her MRI and CAT scan. Please pray for my sister. It was three of us girls and we love each other and we love God. Debbie Kay and I are trying to be strong for Jo Ellen and we know that God will take care of her. It is so hard and my heart hurts for her. She is determined not to take any chemo or radiation. I pray that God will intervein and give her the answers she needs. Please pray to our heavenly Father. As always His will be done...

Dear Father Almighty - I pray collectively with vanallison in agreement with her needs that she asks of You. Please bless vanallison, her sister and the family with Your mercy, blessings and miracles of healing. Cover Jo Ellen with the blood of Your son which was shed for us at Calvary. Make it her blanket of protection from the cancer and bring her the strength she needs to get through this devastating news. Guide her, Lord, to know You are with her and for her to know the right thing to do to heal. If she is afraid of the chemo/radiation, comfort her and strengthen her to just try it. Let her know, if it be Your will, that this can cure her through You guiding the doctors. If she so chooses to just let go and let God, be her strength, comfort, healer, encourager and show her Your love and presence surrounding her. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen

Guide them through your words of wisdom, give them the strength and courage to fight evil each day, lift them up to you to place your healing hands on them, provide them with happiness and joy through peace of mind soon. Lift any financial burdens or employment needs allowing them to find peace of mind as soon as possible. Forgive their sins as they will forgive those who sinned against them. Send down your guardian angels to spread their wings to comfort and protect them in their time of need. I ask in the Name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. AMEN

Lord Jesus, let them know your Will, that even if we have to go and see you, we can choose to go in perfect health ... when we are ready, not harassed by sickness or disease... because You have delivered us all from such ... I pray for perfect health for this sister of ours. Amen ...
