Mitch has cancer
Please could you pray for little Mitch. He is four and half and has a tumour in his face. He is undergoing chemo treatment. It is a hard time for him and for his parents and two sisters. I pray that God will heal Mitch and give him and his family the strength and the faith to bear this heavy load. May God bless them all.

Thank you for your prayers. Mitch is doing ok. His family are being carried through this time, Mitch can breathe so much better already. The treatment is making him often unwell but with faith in God and your continuing prayers we believe that he will be restored to full health.

Thank you for your prayers. Mitch is in hospital at the moment, he has an infection so he has to stay at the hospital. I think of his Mum who is so devoted to him, she stays with him every night and most days. I am sure it is our prayers that are giving her the strength to do this. Our prayer at the moment is that the chemo is strinking the tumour and that doctors may beable to operate to remove the tumour so that he doesn't have to have ray treatment. We pray for this in Jesus name. Amen.
Update - about 1 year ago:
Mitch had an MRI last week which showed that the tumour had shrunk to a 1/4 of the size. However, it is still non operable as it is in too difficult a position. Mitch will start 6 weeks of ray treatment at the end of this month (September). Thank you to everyone for your prayers, if you could please keep praying for Mitch to be healed completely and for strength for his family.

Update - 11 months ago:
Mitch has commenced his ray treatment - he has to have 30 treatments all together, to date he has had 7 so 23 to go. Then it will be more chemo. He is doing ok. Thank you for your prayers, please keep praying that Mitch will be healed completely. We ask this in Jesus name. Amen.
Update - 9 months ago:
Just to keep you up to date, Mitch has completed his 30 RAY treatments. He was often very sick throughout the treatment. He is hoping to recommence chemo therapy this week but his blood count is still too low. So please keep him in your prayers. May God bless you all for your prayers and in return may Mitch be brought to full health. Amen.
Update - 4 months ago:
The results from Mitch's last scan showed that the tumour has been reduced from the size of an egg to the size of a broad bean. He has two more chemo treatments to go. He has been going to school two days a week when he isn't in hospital. Thank you for your prayers we will keep praying for a complete healing, praying that the tumour will stop growing.
Update - 2 months ago:
Praise God - Mitch has completed his chemo treatment and last week had an MRI showing no sign of the tumour. They now say that he is in remission. Praise God - every three months he will have to have another MRI so please join with me in thanking God for the great healing in Mitch's body and for the strength he has given Mitch and his family and thank you for your prayers. May God continue to bless and heal each and every one of us.

The ray-treatments must have been completed but you didn't post any new request for our prayers about the chemotherapy which was due after the ray-treatment had benn finished.
