My husband and I have tryed this so many time. he is being placed in jail for past domestic incidence eventho he hasnt been drinking in about a year. he may have slipped one or two times, but he has a history of drug/alcohol abuse. he can be quite verbally abusive also. the family has suffered from this for 10 years. He has a settlement coming and is placing his nephew his power of attorney. i feel like it is time to get out and possible
get an attorney to do not only a divorce but a half of his settlement. I have fought for this marriage through all its ups and downs but i believe its time to just let go!!!!!!!!! God give me directions. Please handle this. He may be facing 6 months to 1 year in prison.
