Merciful God,

LOrd Jesus remove the spirit of obesity from earnstea, also from me too. Lord let our mouths be filled with your praise, and promises teach us lord to sow into our health and sustain it by getting out more and being positive towards our health and eating lifestyle, Lord give us the authority over these things by your spirit. Let the pettitions of your people be fulfilled, help us to understand and be in agreement of the importance of keeping our temple to your likeness, remove the enemy from our thoughts and renew our thinking. I would like to suggest something to you. There is a program that meets in churches all over the U.S, called WeighDown Workshop. You can find the book at bookstores and do it on your own, but the added encouragement of others really helps. I lost 25lbs. in the first 12 week study. It is actually not a diet but a bible study. Just a suggestion. I willl keep you in my prayers.

Father, I pray you enforce my sister's self-discipline in her mission. Lord, make her sure and strong and fit, and let her glorify the God who strengthens and uplifts. I pray that she gains the will power to do what she wants, and overcomes all obstaces in Jesus' name. Amen.
