I have been told im having panic attacks and they are very scary. I feel as if im dieing in the moment.. and its not a very pleasing feeling.. My Body is producing to much adrenalin and my brain tells me to panic. Kind of like your in a car wreck.. How your so scared. Please pray for me...I get so scared that i grab my picture of Jesus and pray.. please pray for me please... I DONT LIKE FEELING LIKE IM DIEING ..
