About Me:

I am a single woman, 64 years old. Have two cats. I am a happy person, love animals and children (spent 10 years with a family in the U.S.A., much time was spent rocking, reading to and singing to their baby girl who developed asthma at 2 years of age), that family is still my extended family. I have a wonderful family myself and we spend a lot of time togeather. Had a few really tough years a few years ago when I was trying to both care for my aging father as well as work full time at my job, without any help that was really rough. I am so grateful when we did get help from the city. It was wonderful when the great people from the city home service for the elderly came in to help. We are eternally grateful to them for that. Well, my father passed away 3 years ago, and I am now beginning to really start to enjoy life again to the full. I have always been a happy, positive person and enjoy books, writing, art, classical and other music, good movies. Life is so full of possibilities and I know so many wonderful people here. I am still thinking of maybe making a move because I would like to live more in the countryside. I am fond of my church here but have for a long time been looking to see if there might not be a church with more activities where I might make myself useful. Life is great.
