I asked the Lord into my life 28 years ago.I read a prayer about it at the end of a book called the "Late Great Planet Earth"At the time I was unaware of the term born again but that is what happened to me. What the Bible says about prayer is important. Phil 4:6-7 Be anxious for nothing,but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requestsbe made known to God. And the peace which surpasses all understanding , shall guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. For two years I was a closet Bible reader who didn't realize at the time why I all of the sudden had such a hunger for the word of God.In the third year The Lord lead me to a Bible study in a neighbors home and eventually to a church. He has truly changed my life. Life has been very difficult but I know I would have never made it without His faithfulness and love. I hope this may encourage anyone who is searching to sincerely bow , confess your need as we are all sinners and ask Jesus into your heart. May God bless you mightly!
