I am not always thankful for what I do have: my family, health, a roof over my head, friends; please make me less selfish so that the prayers of people who really need God are answered first

Out of work since August 31, 2007; working in this since 11/21/06.
Paying my bills, college for my son and less worry, I pray a recent
possibility works out.

I am waiting for a call back (finally) on an interview. This waiting is hauling down my spirits and wearing down my family. Can I pray that this person contacts me as they said? This will help my soul and my family
